 + -1 moreI called early morning to get on the list. They called promptly at 8 am to tell me where I was in the schedule. They gave me a 30 minute ahead call to get home for the technician. The technician was thorough. Knew exactly what he needed and made the repair.

Description of Work: We had decided we had a leak somewhere in the kitchen area and called Mark. He found the drain hose on our 2 yr old dishwasher had a hole in it and was leaking out the back. It was going between the 3 layers of flooring and was buckling the flooring. The first thing he told us was to call our insurance agent, which we did. He replaced the hose and will be returning to unhook all appliances that need to be moved when they replace the floor next week. Mark is very professional and friendly. We have had him in the past to replace a hot water heater etc. How we found him was soon after we had moved in we needed a plumber and saw his truck in the neighborhood.
