I paid for them to kill weeds and to fertilize my yard. I now have more weeds than when we started. All I have done is given them money and been frustrated that they won't ever return a phone call. I have since cancelled my service with them since I've been paying for treatments that are just not working and feel it is not wise to spend $400 a year on chemical treatments for the yard that don't seem to be working. Right now, I feel like I could spray water on it and it would have the same effect - which is NOTHING.
Description of Work: This lawn service is non-responsive. They will never return phone calls and every time you call you will receive voice mail where you leave a message. The only calls returned were the ones to sign me UP!! The cost of the service is reasonable, however, the quality isn't worth a dime. Combine the quality of work with NO customer service response and you have a poor choice for treating your lawn. I have been charged for things I am not completely sure were ever really done? I KNOW it did not have the results promised and I am wondering if the grass seed I had 'power seeded' last fall was ever planted? If it was, not one blade of new grass ever showed up! Although the hot summer was bad for everyone's yard and I am well aware of the intense heat without rain all through the summer, but my yard in spite of daily watering, looks worse than it has in many years. I now have more weeds than ever after 2 years with this Company!

I just found this post and I disagree completely. First, we return all phone calls that are left on our answering machine. If you call and don't leave a message, we won't know to call you back. The weeds in question on this lawn was Bermuda, which is a grass not broadleaf weed. The customer was told that we could seed through the dormant bemuda but that the Bermuda would come back(it always does). We did the work and the Bermuda came back. Shortly after, the customer quit our services. We are an honest company with over 20 years experience. We will always tell you the truth, wether it's what you want to hear or not. Check our status with the BBB.
