It went excellently. Amy Payne and her team were fast, informative, professional yet able to tease and have fun with. I have finished the first package I purchased (eight 3 hour sessions with 2 organizers) and am just blown away with what has happened in my home! You have to understand that this is the family home since 1964 and has had the accumulation of 4 families (no one threw anything away!). Only 3 of 9 rooms have been done, but I can walk in my own home and now have places to put my things! I cannot say enough about Amy, Karen and Sue and how hard they worked. They have released me from such a burden of "stuff", taught me much on what is NEEDED, made this a very enjoyable experience and shared with me the excitement and joy of my new home. What was the cost of investing in them.................PRICELESS! I am well out of their local area here in Hartford, KY, but for a reasonable travel fee, they came!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. They were prompt, both in starting and in finishing up my projects. They kept me moving along, not allowing me to "get stuck" trying to decide what should go where in my home. The approach Amy and her associates used made sense to me and I found great value in the suggestions they offered. Most importantly, as my appointment ended, they made certain my project was either 100% complete, or that I was well on my way to finishing it up, even leaving me notes on what I still needed to complete or consider as I moved along in my organizing project.
