Took longer than quoted, The main bath was done very well with the exception of the tile floor in walk in shower was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired 4 times and finally replaced tile completely using a different tile installer. Now we have now discovered that the system used for the shower floor was installed incorrectly and has been leaking since day one. We had the manufacture rep come and verify incorrect installation and now entire floor has to be replaced down to the sub floor as everything is saturated in water. I sent them an email with pictures and have had no response from builder.

John's crew were very professional and did a fantastic job. Even with a couple of small changes on my part they were very accommodating and were able to complete within budget. One thing very important to us was they cleaned up every day and made sure disruption was kept to a minimum. Would not hesitate to use them again on any future projects.
