BUDGET PC

Description of Work: I delivered my computer to the store after a crash and I was unable to reboot or reinstall windows. I was told that it would be 2 days before it could be looked at. A week later I called and was told that there were several issues that needed to be addressed. I asked for an estimate and was told that "it depended on what I wanted my computer to perform." I received and paid for my computer after it's repairs. Two weeks later I returned to Budget PC after my PC had crashed again and was told the soonest they could even look at it would be a week. I took my PC to another service company and they gave me same day service. I was called an hour after I had dropped it off and was told that nearly 3/4 of the internal hardware was stripped out of it. I know that this had happened before they received it primarily because there were several peripheral controls that did not exist or did not work after I received it back from Budget PC. All in all, I was told that over 700$ worth of hard drives and other hardware was 'stolen' out of my PC. To be blunt, do NOT take your computer to Budget PC.
