 + -1 moreJim was effective in his communication to me by phone and text. He provided me an estimate and he followed through with the service that we agreed upon. He was prompt in starting and completing the job. I was extremely pleased with his work.
Description of Work: A stainless steel rain cap and stainless storm collar needed to be installed on my existing second story chimney. The old terminator cap needed to be removed and any small holes then needed to be sealed.

Description of Work: Installed 2 ceiling fans for me. A lot of additional work had to be done for me since the bedrooms were not already set-up to have ceiling fans.

 + -1 moreJim did a great job fixing my windows. It didn't take him long to determine what the issue was and got my windows to open in a quick and efficient manner. Jim was very happy to help me with removing the bird from my air vent, and he was able to secure the vent in order to prevent this from happening again! Will definitely use him again to fix various issues that I need help with.
Description of Work: Unjammed multiple windows in my house and removed a bird and its nest that had been securely built between the roof line and air vent.
