The workers were professional and on time. They replaced the roof on my garage and gazebo and I am very pleased with work. The owner Mark was very pleasant to work with.

This was my first time needing to have a roof and fascia boards replaced, and Smiley’s made it go exceptionally smoothly! He came prepared with what he could offer me and how it would work, and answered all my questions about the process. The day of the replacement went off without a hitch and they were done with the job (including the clean up process) within a few hours. I’ll gladly recommend him and have him back in the future when my garage roof gets replaced.

Mark was very responsive to my needs to quickly get my roof repaired and new shingles installed. Mark was very timely in every aspect and started the project on time and finished when he said he would. He even found a couple of surprises and took care of those as well. If I ever need something else I would ask him to quote the job.

Mark and Everett are upstanding gentlemen in an industry where sometimes that is not the case. We were treated extremely well by both from start to finish and the job was completed on my 12-12 pitch roof in one day with an outstanding job all the way through thorough cleanup and follow up after. We had the most pleasant experience with the owner and his son. Our roof had been damaged by hail and had been leaking before that due to failed previous repairs by a couple of other companies a few years prior. I got a quote from them and an explanation for why the previous repairs had failed . He kept in touch and answered every question i had . Within a couple of days the supplies arrived and a day or so later he and the crew arrived and did a phenomenal job. They were very professional and the roof is absolutely perfect. You can not ask for a better company . They are very good at what they do . You cant ask for a better family company with better communication. They answered every question i had and explained everything that they were going to do ( which i found very helpful) then they showed up and did everything promised incredibly fast.
