For construction of our new home I met with Duane to review HVAC options and select the best system for our goals. Duane is very knowledgeable of all HVAC options; we reviewed the options of a basic HVAC system, Heat Pump(s) and Geothermal. Duane is focused upon recommending and sizing a system appropriately to provide comfort and manage humidity in your home. After several conversations with Duane I opted for 2 heat pump systems. These were installed in a 2-story home with basement; one heat pump with auxiliary heat from a 2-stage high efficiency LP furnace for the 1st floor and basement, the second heat pump with electric strip auxiliary heat for our 2nd floor. I enjoy the efficiency offered by the Heat pump system and decided against the option for geothermal due to significantly higher installation/system expense and the high potential repair expense one might experience should a failure occur in the loop. Duane and his team did a fine job on the installation and I am satisfied with the system. Also note the systems Duane sells come with a good warranty. If I have the need in the future for a new system I will call Duane; I would recommend him to family and friends. Before planning for construction of our new home I had not met Duane. Upon researching options for our home project I found that his company is used as the primary vendor to provide HVAC systems for several local home builders.
