This was our first experience with custom built Amish made cabinets and we would definitely do it again. The quality is outstanding, price was very reasonable and Jim Wise was a pleasure to work with. He was always punctual, organized and returned calls and emails promptly. When he drew up our contract, he took very careful measurements and provided floor plans and elevation drawings that allowed us to see exactly what the kitchen would look like. The contract gave detailed pricing so we could decide where we could save money by choosing various options. Jim did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of each option. We took an option to have him draw up a can lighting plan which was well worth the $250. The cabinets took a little longer than the estimated 8 weeks build time, but arrived in perfect condition and were installed meticulously. We added an extra bathroom cabinet because we changed the layout of the bathroom and that arrived quickly. I was surprised Jim regularly drives half-way across Indiana to the Chicago area to do remodeling work, but his organization and great team of subs makes it possible. I will definitely use him again if the opportunity arises. Our last kitchen remodel project at our other house was not nearly as pleasant, so we really appreciated Jim?s experience and attention to detail.
