Brady was very thorough, professional, informative, and friendly. Very respectful to the property and took all the precautions to do a clean job. He was very prepared and took a vast amount of pictures with the home inspection. He explained his concerns in a detailed manner and gave good advice. I was able to receive a $25 discount by being a member on Angie's List. This was a great price for a home roughly 3000 square ft. I appreciated doing business with him and commended him on his expertise.

Brady came out to do a home inspection for a house my wife and I are in the process of buying. He came out on a Saturday so that we could be there for the inspection. Brady was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented, he uncovered many things that my wife and I had previously overlooked. He was also very patient and walked us around the exterior of the house, pointing things out that he felt we should be aware of for the future. Fortunately, there were no major issues with the house and we feel very comfortable closing thanks in large part to the work Brady did.

At the end of the inspection we had a complete understanding of the home's condition and were able to make informed decisions as we finished the home purchase. Brady was on time for the appointment and completed the inspection in the time he said it would take. He delivered the inspection report two days after the inspection exactly as he had committed.
