The owner responded promptly to my phone call and we set up an appointment to get an estimate. He was early (but not too early) for the appointment. He was friendly but professional. He received input as to what we wanted and told us how it would go. We received an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. We added the shelving to the job and he rolled with it. On the day of the appointment, he sent me a text to confirm our timeframe. He was on time. He completed the job in under the timeframe he estimated and he was under budget. His workmanship was top-notch. I would definitely hire this company again. Very refreshing to have a workman do what he said, when he said he would, and for the cost he quoted.

He did an amazing job with everything in my bathroom. He thought that he may have to redo the venting but it was not need.

Gerald has done a lot of work for my parents and his work was great and the price was amazing. This was about a month after I bought my new/first house. I had issues with my main sewer line where is was clogged and would back up into my hallway and closet.
