Over the years that I've used them, they've always been prompt, reliable, and moderately priced. I've never had a problem with their efforts. Because of the delay in getting the parts, they told me there wouldn't be any charge. This is a nice gesture from a merchant that has done nice work in the past.

Arrived when they said they would, performed the task and left.

I built a house through Centex Home back in 2007. Almost every spring I've had issues with the AC not blowing cold air and the breaker getting tripped. I've had several companies look at this issue, and spent several hundred dollars trying to fix it. Finally, R A Pritt was called in. Did a great job, replaced wiring even though the wire was run under a slab foundation to a middle unit of a town home unit. The repair took a few trips, and he was always waiting on me when I got to the house. He also fixed an outlet or two in inside the house we had been dealing with for a few years. He did all this on a very short notice. Will definitely consider using again in the future.

They kept putting us off. They delayed us a week or so the first time. They delayed us two weeks the next time. It was never what they promised. I was wanting a larger wire ran to my double oven and he basically wanted to talk himself out of it so I hired someone else.

Had an Intecom problem which they no longer service. Advised they would check and call back with a recommended vendor.Haven't heard back as yet. Checked on another company found on the Internet that services Nu Tone, Corman Security and Electronics, 1351 Whitty Lane, Indianapolis 897-4862. Angie advised Corman had five reports all A's. Last in 04/08. Called them and they helped me with a soft reset at no cost over the phone. GREAT!

They have done work for me over the years, they are very good very reliable, and a great business to do work with.
