Bill seemed nice and professional at first. He came out to fix a leak in my hot tub and ended up putting in a new circulation pump for 450.00. He never gave me an estimate and just went ahead and performed the work. He said this was the cause of my leak and at first I was thankful it was fixed, but it still leaked as badly as before. I tried to call him and text him to tell him it was still leaking but he never responded back to me. I feel like he took advantage of me and I will never use him again.

The experience went very well. I like that he wasn't an alarmist. He was very helpful, courteous, and came promptly. The bill was reasonable for what he did.

Everything got installed and became operational as expected. It was a particularly difficult job simply due to the intense cold, cramped quarters, and then we still had some ice in the lines we needed to "troubleshoot" to get things running correctly. He did everything expected and I am very happy with the result. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to use him again.

This is a vacation rental property and timely repair is important to us. For the second time, Pool and Spa Medic came through for us. Communication was excellent and concern for covering all the details were done very well. The need to replace a 7 year old control panel was identified and done well. We would not hesitate to call on them again and recommend them from our two experiences.

I was given Bills name by another company as it seems that some people do not even attempt to work on certain brands of hot tubs. I left a message and Bill called me right back within the hour. I explained my issues and he came right out the next morning. It was clear that he has several years of experience and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly and was offordable, especially considering he came over so quickly. He was so nice and good that I purchased a new hot tub cover from him.

They are really good. He is a good guy and has good expertise and patience. Often he will find a used part for us in order to save us money. His prices are reasonable.

I was referred by a company listed on Angies List to contact Bill owner of Pool and Spa Medic who is also on Angies List for my hot tub repair. I called Bill and he answered. He seemed professional and stated he was not busy right now so he could come out tomorrow to check my problem out. He told me there would be a $75.00 service call fee to which I agreed to pay. He came and called me with his findings (my 22 yr old son let him in and paid him his service fee) It was a cracked pipe. He told me he would be back tomorrow provided he had the part. He left my deck pulled apart which was not a huge deal and since he was coming back the next day to fix the problem.I have called Bill for the last 3 days including today, left messages stating I am not sure what is going on and if there is a problem to let me know. Last night I called from a different number 3 different times and finally a child calls back and was pretty rude stating "someone has been calling from this number" When I stated I was calling for the Spa Medic he told "A man" and "the man" told him to hang up. Today I have been calling again, stating if there is a problem to let me know otherwise I was putting a review on Angie's List. So time is up and here's my review.

I recommend him; he was punctual, affordable and knowledgeable.
