+ -1 moreHe started on June 22 of this year and is still not finished. It seems they come out when it is convenient and do a little here and there. They have promised that the work will be done week after week, and still nothing has been finished. We have only paid $2500 so far and will not pay the rest until the work is done.
Description of Work: He was supposed to put on a new roof.
