I believe she is unethical and inept. I trusted her as a real estate agent to know what she is doing and she didn't know what a land contract was, which was what she entered into in my name.
Description of Work: Listed home for sale and collected payments. Showed home.

SELLER ENTERED INTO A LEGAL LAND CONTRACT THAT WAS RECORDED AND PREPARED BY ATTORNEYS. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FEES. NEITHER BUYER NOR SELLER ABIDED BY CONTRACT. KEPT ASKING ME TO HELP (AGAIN NO FEES EVER CHARGED NO COMMISSION EVER COLLECTED). SELLER CREATED HER OWN HELL, WITH WANTING TO BLAME EVERYONE ELSE. BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL ALL HAVE MY FILES; NO FRAUD OR MISLEADING WAS FOUND. SELLER KEEPS FORGETTING ONCE THEY ENTERED IN CONTRACT, THERE WAS NO LIABILITY ON MY SIDE. SELLER'S HOUSE WAS ON MARKET FOR YEARS WITH OTHER LOCAL REAL ESTATE AGENCIES, NO ONE WAS ABLE TO SELL HER HOME. I FOUND A BUYER THAT WAS ABLE TO BUY ON CONTRACT. BUYERS WERE ABLE TO AFFORD MONTHLY PAYMENTS. I HAVE NO CONTROL WHEN NEITHER BUYER NOR SELLER BREAKS THE CONTRACT. IT IS SAD THAT WHEN THINGS DON'T WORK OUT FOR SELLER THAT THEY IMMEDIATELY WANT TO PUT BLAME ON THE REALTOR. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP SELLER AND BUYER. AGAIN ONCE A CONTRACT IS SIGNED THE REALTOR HAS NO MORE RESPONSIBILITY. SELLERS BECOME MORTGAGOR, BUYER BECOME MORTGAGEE. SELLER NEVER PAID ANY FEES OR COMMISSION JUST LIKES TO COMPLAIN.
