Description of Work: Wow! Any homeowner would be lucky to work with the Carters. Unmatched customer focus and responsiveness. We had some glitches at delivery and Amy and Tom took care of it with utmost professionalism with the customer as their focus. I would not hesitate to work with the Carters again. in fact, I already am. We liked the cabinets so much, we are asking them to build some open shelving in the same style. One note: Most or all of the glitches were caused by the cabinet makers moving too fast. I appreciate how quickly they were able to complete our job, but I would have gladly waited for them to take their time and do it right the first time instead of fixing mistakes later. But the Carters did an amazing job of making sure everything was eventually set right.

+ 0 moreThey were excellent. The service was wonderful. Mr. Tom, from Carter Cabinet Company, was available for all the calls and gave a prompt response to our questions and concerns. The job was well done and it exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: Carter Cabinet Company designed our custom cabinets and installed it. The work was done in May 2011 and June 2011.
