Steve did an amazing job explaining what he was going to do before he did it and also made sure I understood the process. My water heater was in a very hard spot to reach and Steve gave me a very competitive price on it. I went to Loweâ s and they Wanted to charge me a little over $2,000 in order to replace my water heater. Steve was able to quote me $1800 and was in and out within 3 to 4 hours. I would definitely recommend his plumbing services for just about anything.

Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly, and gave me good advice about replacing my water heater. Within a few hours of my initial call, he the new water heater installed and the old one hauled off, and he also installed a new main shutoff valve for the house. He demonstrated pride in his workmanship, and did not cut corners like some of the chain plumbers often do.

I was told by another plumber that an expensive fix was needed for my gas line. Steve remedied the problem quickly and effectively.

Steve came out and installed a inline shut off valve on the water lint to my refrigerator because the wall valve failed shut off water completely. He is a new independent contractor with previous years of commercial plumbing. He was personable and came out on a Saturday after a request on Yelp Friday evening pretty late. We talked Saturday morning and he went to stores to get the parts he needed for a cost effective fix. He does need to start carrying more parts in his truck once he knows what will be the most common homeowners needs. I didn't get a quote yet (Monday) for replacing valves (hot and cold) for washer and the Icemaker wall valve. These valves failed after 23 years of hard water.

Steve came out on a Sunday afternoon to do some emergency plumbing work. He was able to quickly figure out the problem and fix it at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Hiring C&P Plumbing was a great idea from start to finish. Quick communication for a pretty big project, and they made sure to get it done as soon as possible. They were also more affordable than the other larger plumbing companies in the area, and were up front about costs. They also performed an very thorough walk-through before hired, and found some issues that the other companies completely missed. Will absolutely be calling them for any future plumbing issues I have!
