 + -1 moreThey gave me a quote over the phone. I agreed to the quote. They were supposed to replace the motor that week, I called to ask what the holdup was. They said they had not yet received the motor from the distributor. They then told me that the price was going to be more than originally quoted. I agreed to the increased price. Still no show for the next week and a half with NO communication. I called again to find out status. They said that the wrong motor was sent and the correct motor would be about $400 more which would be about $600 more than originally quoted. Man on the phone was very rude. I would never do business with this company again!!

Advanced was not the cheapest quote, but I felt so comfortable with their response time, knowledge and professionalism that it was worth a few extra bucks to work with them. Mark is completely accessible, and the crew is top notch. Working with Advanced is what the customer experience should be. Thanks guys!

 + -1 moreTheir service is excellent. They were efficient, they were good. They cleaned up after themselves. They did things in a timely manner and if it wasn't it was due to weather, it was not their fault. It was an all in one price. The quote that they gave me was the quote that they stood by. Their price was comparable.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs. Chris and his helpder installed a new pool liner in our above ground pool in no time. He also provided the chemicals to open the pool and even set up our pump and filter.
