Horrible experience. I wouldn't let this company come back to my home if they paid me. To start they never answer their phone. Didn't show up for their appt time from 4 to 7pm. After speaking to the warranty company they promised the next day would be resolved. At 9pm the hvac tech showed up unannounced. Spent 5 minutes with the unit and says it's bad. Needs to be replaced. And you will have to update the air handler too. Would be between 10 to 12,000 dollars. So after that. I called a different company that came out promptly a couple hours after I placed the call. And they found a bad contactor. Replaced it for 100 dollars and surprise surprise my unit works. Don't hire 1st class air!!!

Our furnace quit working last night and we needed it fixed before going into a weekend with temps below freezing. Our home warranty company had to track down a company that could fit us in today and 1st Class Air came to the rescue! They communicated well, were on time, and fixed the issue quickly.

Do not waste your time with these clowns. My warranty company assigned them to me and they came and filled freon and said they would come refill it again if my part didn't come before it all leaked back out. Well he never came back stopped returning calls And messages. Lied to me and I still haven't heard back from him. I went a month with no a/c dealing with them and the warranty company. Terrible.

"No Class" was assigned to me through my warranty company after the upstairs AC unit stopped working in my rental. My tenant scheduled them to come out on the 14th, the tenant was unable to be home at that time so he hired a house sitter ($15/hr) to be there....long story short, they pushed back their ETA several times and never showed up....my tenants family went another sleepless night without AC while being out $90, due the pet sitter. Now I'm usually pretty understanding when things don't go as scheduled... it's Summer and a busy time for their industry. I called them the next day to see what happened and when we could reschedule for? The only problem......they don't answer their phone, they don't return calls!? Over the course of the week my tenant and myself called "No Class" minimally 8 times and not 1 response?? I would have switched to a different company earlier but they were the only company "available" to schedule an appointment with per my warranty company. End result, My tenant went well over a week without AC upstairs for the bedrooms and I paid out of pocket to resolve the AC. My prediction......."No Class" won't even respond to this review, why. ..because thats what they do best....they're non responsive. Thanks "No Class" .

Home Warranty of America contacted him to fix our busted a/c. After 2 days and 2 voicemails he did not respond. I spoke with HWA, who reached out to him and he said he would be at our house on Saturday. He never showed, nor responded to any voicemails. Finally had to cancel him and go with a different company

Everything went great! Chris came out and was there for about a half-hour. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and working quickly. We had been without A/C for a few days at this point and were relieved when the issue was fixed so quickly. Thanks Chris!
Description of Work: They came out to diagnose why our outdoor A/C unit was freezing up. They determined it was low on coolant, added the appropriate amount and fixed the issue.

Rick went to bat for me to be sure old unit which had been rebuilt less than six months ago got replaced with new unit. Scope of job usually takes 2 ppl 3-5 hours. Only one tech came to install. He worked non stop for 10 hours to get installed, but had to finish the next day. 2 techs came second day to complete. Rick compensated me for my time by reducing the charge for non-covered items. Techs were friendly and helpful.
