The owner of the business, Robin, is a hero from my perspective! In the storm that hit Fort Wayne at the end of June, I called about the tree and Robin was at my house within a day to give me an estimate. Of course, he was very busy because of the storm, and I wasn't sure how quickly he would be able to get to my tree. He and his crew removed my tree within the next day or so, and I am eternally grateful to him. As with all of the other jobs he has done for me, his work was excellent. The crew was exceedingly quick and efficient, and the mess was cleaned up perfectly in a very short time. This business is excellent!! Thank you so much!

The Treescape crew cut down a dead elm and trimmed another tree for me in the spring, and cut down another dead tree for me in the middle of winter. Both times they came out when they said they would, did the agreed-upon work, and charged the price they had given me in earlier estimates. They showed concern for surrounding trees and my lawn. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Robin provided the cost estimate on the spot in a timely manner. Justin removed the tree, down to the stump, and cleaned up the debris. He returned a few days later to grind out the stump and finish the job. He was careful not to destroy the nearby plant life.

They came right out & gave me a very reasonable estimate. Showed up on time & did a very professional job. I was well pleased with the whole process.

Prompt, efficient courteous, friendly. We were very impress with the job overall. The owner ia an arborist & very knowledgeable & professional. Did pruning on two other trees, one with storm damage.

I called Treescape and 3 other companies to get an estimate to have my dead tree removed. Robin, the owner, of Treescape was the first to respond and was also the least expensive. It took about a week to have it scheduled, During the week, I called him twice with questions. He was always helpful and took his time explaing things. The crew came exactly when he said they would. They cut down the tree, ground the stump and cut up the tree in firewood lengths for me. Robin stopped by to make sure everything was okay. The guys were helpful and cleaned everything up.

At the scheduled time, Robin and his crew arrived. They put down planks of wood across the grass to avoid putting ruts in the grass.One man in a bucket with a chain saw methodically carved back the branches, working toward the neighbors house, while the chopper parked in front. Very safety conscious, they put cones around their equipment. In a neighborhood of mature trees, I've seen all kinds of cowboys up in trees with chainsaws on ropes hacking away at branches while people walk by on the sidewalk. I have used Treescape before and know that their prices are reasonable considering the high level of care they take with their work. Robin is personable and has taken time to show me how to care for my trees. Given the high cost of replacing mature trees, I also think having an arborist on board for costly decisions involving your trees is the best way to go.

Excellent experience overall with this company. The owner is always very up front on what needs to be done to save a tree if possible. They are also very careful with the property by laying plywood and things to preserve the property while working.

Things went very smoothly. They are efficient and unobtrusive. Work was completed in good time, everything was completed, and things were left better than I expected. I will not hesitate to call Treescape for any future work.

This company is HIGHLY recommended! I contacted four companies to get estimates for the job, and Robin was the first to call back when I left a message, within an hour or two. The other companies either did not call back or called on the following Monday (I called and left messages on a Friday). Robin was extremely courteous, and made arrangements to come to my house to provide an estimate promptly. I was so impressed with the professionalism, respectfulness, and the price of the estimate, that I asked him to do the job. In fact, because I had not heard from the other businesses, after Robin and I said goodbye, after a few minutes, I saw him sitting in his truck filling out paper work on the street and walked out to ask him to do the job. He worked with me to find a suitable date to do the job, and showed up bright and early that day. I am extremely happy with the work. The yard and patio were left in excellent shape, and there was absolutely no damage to the house even though the large tree was right next to the house. The Russian olive trees were close to our back fence, and again everything was left in great shape. If you want prompt, courteous, high quality work, this is the company to hire! I would absolutely hire them again!

They were great across th board. They were neat, efficient, and they had also cleaned up after themselves. Their prices seemed reasonable, but I had no way to compare. We plan to use them again in the future.

Altogether, a pleasant experience.

Service was great. It was a rush getting the pear tree in before it bloomed and they went out of their way to get it done. I just described what I wanted over the phone and Robin picked a beautiful tree from the nursery. We couldn't be happier with either the tree or their service.

The company completed the job in the time estimated for the price quoted. They even planted a new, replacement tree in a location near the site of the tree removed and at no additional cost.
