 + 0 moreI offered him my daughter's hand in marriage. Such a blessing! Having waited for 4 hours for Worrell's I was watching sunset and then night while trying cope with Worrell's unconscionable neglect. I had contacted them by calling a neighbor on a kiddy park Mom's phone, and had been informed that Worrell's couldn't be there for an hour, since they were downtown and there was 'all that traffic.' In subsequent contact with the dispatcher, as opposed to the Worrell employee/driver who thought it would take an hour to get to Kreager Park from and quot;downtown,and quot; I was told and quot;Well there were 8 people ahead of you.and quot; That bit of information had not been shared, obviously, or I would not have been sitting there like The Fool On the Hill for over four hours. The service provided by Robinson's were simple, but perfectly, quickly, and efficiently performed with neighborly good will. They are exactly the kind of company you keep, and would want to see in an emergency.
Description of Work: Stranded in Kreager Park with 2 dogs due to losing keys on the grounds, I had waited over 4 hours for Worrell's Lockout Service to arrive, when a call to the police routed me to Robinson's. I was rescued witihin 15 minutes by a kind and goodnatured man and was home in another 15. He broke into the car using an inflatable membrane to allow better access with a jimmy strip, was in in minutes, and then used a winch to pull the car onto a tilt bed ramp and drive me home.

Robinsons Wrecker Service offers the following services: We provide a broad range of services, including every day needs such as transport, jump-starts, unlocks and fuel delivery, to recovery, accident work, repossession, impounds, inter-state transport and materials transport (coils, plates, etc.) Next door to our wrecker office is our body and repair shop, where we can take care of any problems your car is experiencing. We'll take you anywhere you need to go.
We do not offer private property tows under most circumstances (This applies to businesses). We do not mount tires on the roadside, though we'd be happy to do so in our shop. We do not repair parts on vehicles, i.e. radiator repair, transmission rebuilds, etc. we can, however, service and replace those parts.
