Description of Work: I got several estimates for two small roofing repair jobs. In each case there was some damage in a limited area of an otherwise serviceable roof. They took off the shingles, replaced the damaged sheeting and re-shingled those areas. I obtained the sheeting and shingles in advance. They completed the construction and cleaned up. I did some trim painting to complete the projects. J.A.G. was the lowest bid although they quoted a range rather than a specific price on each job. In both cases they actually charged at the very bottom of the estimates because the jobs turned out to be less complicated than the worst case possibility.If you can live with that amount of uncertainty, this company will do the job and clean up after themselves. They would have done the painting, I just wanted to keep the cost to a minimum.
