Mr.Benson was prompt and professional. I was given options to resolve my electrical issue as well as a fair market estimate for the job. The work was completed the following day. This was an outside job and my lawn was returned to its previous condition.

Was in a bit of a pickle when my regular electrician, that I found on HomeAdvisor, was unable to work due to personal stuff. Found Benson Handyman aka Davante and Jeremiah when I went back on the HomeAdvisor app. They are very professional and direct in their communication. I was able to address my concerns, which were unfounded, early on. They acknowledged my concerns and explained how they intended to make sure things went smoothly. Every evening we did a walk through looking at the work completed and what the plans were for following day. There were no surprises and after seeing their work on day 1 I knew I was in good hands. Our house is an 85 yr old duplex, which we live in and love, and some areas were not feasible to access for outlets but they suggested modifications which worked out well....maybe better than what I thought I wanted. By the end of the job I knew we had a new electrician contact. We already have next job planned, in our unit, after the holidays. I haven t asked them about 2 other jobs I have in mind😊. Oh yeah, I was absolutely flabbergasted when they were able to start the work within a week or 2 of initial contact. They are incredibly hard workers, honest and forthcoming. Highly recommend.

We had Handyman Benson install some canned lighting in our kitchen. They did a great job on our project. They got the job done fast and it turned out nicely. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they showed up 30-45 minutes later then they said they would 3 out of 3 times meeting for the project. Not a big deal, but just a little unprofessional.

I was contacted within 24 hours by phone to be offered help and to set up a hose call. Very professional and able to work with my schedule to find a time that worked for me. Electrical power was quickly restored to my broken circuit.

My job should have only been a hour to maybe two at the most, hanging the lights went smoothly,and two of the four light switches we're a breeze, it's the two dimmer switches is we're the problem started. After chasing down several wires thay finally got the light to work but not the way we intended, and in my opinion they went above and beyond what that had to do. Thay stayed until they figured out what was the problem and still honored their quote. I am beyond happy with their service, and I WILL recommend them to anyone.
