Description of Work: Tear off and new roof. Storm damaged roof from June storm. Called and they returned my call same day. They came out quickly and gave me a detailed, written estimate. This estimate turned out to be the final price I paid. The estimate was exactly in the middle of five estimates. They finished the work in one very long day, basically dawn to dusk. Had to come back next morning for very brief finish on the caps. Took about an hour. One minor complaint is that they squished a couple of plants. We have very extensive landscapping so a little damage was expected and they did very little. I was pleasantly surprised. Debri and dumpster were all gone within a day and a half. Roof looks GREAT. Couldn't be more pleased with their work. I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Waste of time! Called for an estimate & explained that we had a leaking roof over a room addition to our home that had a flat, rubber roof. I was very detailed in explaining the problem and that we had just have a new roof put on the rest of the house 2 years ago, but that roofer did not do rubber roofs. I was very clear that it was a one-room addition. Made an appt. for the estimator to come out, he was on time. Then I get a call that evening from the man I had been speaking with that the job is 'too small' and they 'are not accepting small jobs'. Are you kidding me? The other 2 estimates I have are $4,000+ and this was supposed to be my 3rd estimate. So now I have to go through the process again of finding another company to estimate and it's set me back at least a week (with a leaking roof!). If you are only accepting jobs of more than $4,000, why did you waste my time???

Description of Work: Just had a shingle tear off in a storm. They came and quoted asap. Fixed the next day. No issues whatsoever!

Description of Work: Byers has become very difficult lately. We had to call him multiple times for a bid or for an answer to a problem. He changed prices on us most recently on a bid and in the past put up the wrong shingles on the roof. Where he worked on still has a problem in leaking.
