We had a very positive experience. We live out in the county and have well water. Norman came out and explained which softener would work for us and the pro's and con's of each. We purchased one and it was installed on the day and time that we had been told. It ended up that we were too stupid to use the existing bypass switch, so Norman had someone come out and replace it with one that we could easily work (no instruction manual needed). It was replaced for free. I also have them bring salt every other month which they put into the softener. I highly recommend them!
