They were excellent!. I had spent 3 phone calls with Geek Squad and most of an afternoon with no luck. They could not schedule a service call for over a week. These guys took the time to walk me through and came up with the solution.

Their customer service is awesome. Jacob called with updates and he gave me the worse possible return date of my laptop and he had more problems than he thought but lived up to the date. Great Guy.
