Wrubel Home Inspections

Very Poor Service. Several items missed. Many of the items did not have access to power therefore I know for a fact they were not physically checked, but marked as perfectly sound on the inspection sheet. Doing my best to get a refund for this sorry excuse of an inspection. Stay very clear of this business.

This inspector forgot to reset a GFCI while inspecting my home while I was out of town, and he refuses to cover the damages associated with this, I recommend buyer, and seller beware of this inspector.

Very professional and friendly, she was quite knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. She covered every detail, we felt very comfortable with the inspector, and would use this company again in the future.

Home was in good shape but remarks were made about a few small things and even the things that had nothing wrong were remarked upon as to how they looked and worked. I was surprised at the thoroughness of his list and how he went over it with me. We also had radon testing which he was able to do overnight and everything was done within a week of first calling him. His service also included free updates on recalls for our appliances which came in handy as two months later our dishwasher was recalled. They also offer a home warranty service. Mr. Wrubel was very professional and yet easy to speak with. Would not hesitate to call him again.
