+ 0 moreIn six months, not much happened. Communication was very poor and I often asked what was happening with my home (had there been any inquiries, showings, open houses?). The team just did not seem very invested in selling my home. After six dissatisfied months, I found a replacement realtor and accepted an attractive offer on the house in just over a month.
Description of Work: I hired the team to sell my home because I was living 5 hours away and unable to sell myself because of the distance.

He was easy to get in touch with for last minute showings. The paper work was always on-time and spot-on accurate. He changed his schedule so we could see houses before they went off the market, and he made closing seemless.
Description of Work: Derek was a fantastic realtor. He was honest and invested in our purchase. He was understanding and accomodating of our enrgetic 1-year-old. We could not have asked for a better experience.
