Curt was prompt in setting an appointment with me, and arrived right on time. He was pleasant and courteous, and took extra time in finding out what was important to me in the sound I was wanting in my home. He and his worker cleaned up any mess that was made and also offered to return to make any adjustments if I was not completely satisfied.
Description of Work: Installed ceiling speakers and balanced surround sound beautifully

Appointment scheduled a week in advance for Friday at 1 PM. Later in the same day I scheduled the appointment (I had called from my office phone) they (Kurt) called me back on my cell phone (different Area code) to follow up on a previous message I left trying to schedule the original appointment. I informed Kurt that I had already made an appointment with him and was expecting him at the end of the week. 1 PM Friday came and went with no phone call nor any employee from Roberts coming to my house. I called their office number (they never actually answer the phone you can only leave a message and wait for a call back) and left a message but haven't heard anything back from them. I guess they don't really need any more business.
Description of Work: Scheduled an in home project review and estimate to mount a TV above a fireplace. I would have handled it myself but needed specialist assistance due to fireplace necessitating the wires be hidden in a nonstandard manner (not simply in a hollow wall cavity).

Hello Mr and mrs [member name removed], I apologize that you felt we did a poor job of scheduling your project. I noticed you posted this comment months after we actually did your project. I remember that day well because I came out to your house a few times during the project to monitor progress. This is what i remember: I did call that Friday before 1pm (about mid morning) to see if moving the time a few hours forward was possible because of a fire alarm emergency at a church that we all had to address. I left a voicmail on the husbands cell phone, which was a Honolulu area code, about us coming a little later and why. I know He is in the Army active duty and assumed his return call was delayed because he was busy. About 3pm that day, while on the way to the jobsite, the wife called for our whereabouts. She sounded upset we were late and that she didn’t receive our message from her husband. The two guys that were supposed to be there at 1pm, should have continued to follow up after the voicemail. They are no longer with us coincidentally. The job was a challenge since the walls were made of plaster and lathe board over brick and could not have wires hidden inside the walls, but I suggested cutting a channel and plastering it back and having it ready to paint. After the job was completed, and the walls sanded after the 4th return trip, she expected the walls to be painted as well. My worker, who did the plaster on an old wavey wall, did paint a few coats until the wife was satisfied and he was then given the exact amount we agreed upon at the start of the project. We even were offered to sell them a bigger mount but I never received a call back from the husband. All in all, if there is ever a problem with our work and a customer is not satisfied with the finished product, we will fix it until its right and never abandon a customer. Also, if someone tries to call us, and if we are on the phones with other customers, chances are you will reach our voicemail, but as the customer did state in their comment, we will call them right back.

Absolutely excellent.
Description of Work: Kurt was prompt, efficient and extremely easy to deal with. He hooked up our sound system. The movers unhooked everything and put all the cords in a plastic bag! Kurt knows what he's doing.

Our home theater has been in dire need of some updating. We hired Kurt to come in and clean up all of the wiring, program our home theater receiver & program a universal remote. He completed the work in one day. Everything worked, looked, and sounded great!
