Description of Work: I had requested a service call to repair some furniture. Schmitt Furniture came as on the time scheduled and promised to provide me with a quote to repair my furniture. I did not hear anything back and called them the end of January. They mentioned that their vendors had not responded to them yet. It is now February 17th and I still have not heard anything back from Schmitt Furniture. At least a phone call telling me nothing was possible but no word. Will call them again tomorrow.

Description of Work: Had been looking around for very specific pieces - sofa bed, side board, and cedar chest. Visited Schmitt about three times (along with others) while narrowing the field. Staff were always helpful, but never pushy unlike other places. Once we made our final selection, everything went well. At delivery, items were placed where we wanted and all packing items removed. Would use them again without hesitation.

Repair was done by a vry professial person who was extremrly knowledgeable about the chair and treated me like a valued customer, If I ever need repair on this chair I wold certainly use this company again and when I need to buy a new chair this is the first place I would shop.

Description of Work: The repairman came out and repaired a chair and was very thorough. He even took pictures to see if he could find a mechanism to replace the recliner part. Very nice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Schmitt's is a great place to do business with, for buying furniture too!

 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY REINFORCED A SEAT CUSHION AND REPAIRED A LEG OF THE SOFA. THE PEOPLE FROM THE COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME AT THE HOUSE AND DID GOOD WORK ON THE SOFA. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT RUSHED AND IT CAME OUT VERY WELL.
Description of Work: REPAIRED A SECTIONAL SOFA AND REPLACED A LEG ON THE SOFA.
