Short version: their tech completely misdiagnosed the problem and would not give a refund of the trip fee. When talking to the tech about getting a refund, he insisted the other service company was to blame. I'd recommend you avoid them. Long version: We have a 4 year old whirlpool fridge. SS, freezer on bottom, nice model. The ice-maker stopped working and we suspected we might have had cooling problems as well. A PCS tech was able to come out soon after our initial call to them, maybe within a day or two. Their tech arrived, looked at the ice maker, took the freezer racks out and looked at the coils. The coils did not have an even frost pattern and he said this almost always indicates a closed system coolant leak. He said it would be up to $300 to tap into the unit and verify the pressure of the coolant system. He recommended we just buy a new refrigerator. I didn't feel comfortable with that diagnosis. I posted pictures of the frost pattern on an appliance forum and had a guy say he didn't think that a pattern that looked like mine indicated a closed system leak. I called out another company and they tapped into the system for about $80 (plus a trip fee) and confirmed it was not a coolant problem. Long story short, we finally found it we didn't have a cooling problem at all and it was just a bad ice maker. I called PCS to ask for a refund of the $75 trip fee I gave them. The tech eventually called me back and insisted his diagnosis was correct. He even insinuated that the other company must have filled the fridge with coolant, even though I assured him I watched most of what they did and never saw a coolant tank involved. Hate to leave negative feedback, but this was a bad experience. The tech was unreasonable to work with. I'd recommend that you avoid them.

Called on Tuesday morning. Set-up appointment for between 4-7 same day. No show, but received call of apology at 10pm and reset appointment for 9-12 the next day. Arrived next day at 11 and had refrigerator fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would have preferred they give me an estimate and then completed the repair, but he just fixed it and told me it would be $200. Overall, not a bad experience, with the exception of not letting me know they weren't going to make the original appointment time until 3 hours after the appointment window. But I understand that things happen.

They pushed the dirt further out into the duct line. They were very unprofessional. I have reached out to them numerous times with no results. I would never recommend them to anyone. They also left the area filthy.

Called the provider on 11/4 to setup maintenance for a stove on 11/5 after 4pm. Provider confirmed work would be completed. Never received a call on 11/5 to let me know they weren't going to be coming out. I had to personally call the company on 11/6 and ask what the situation was. I was told they weren't able to come out, and weren't willing to schedule a repair on 11/6 for the missed appointment. How can you run a business and not provide any information on whether or not you can keep an appointment.

After calling, Seth was able to come that day to check out dryer. Realized that motor needed relaxing. He went back to the shop to find a replacement motor and returned to complete the repair.

Description of Work: Checked out our dryer. Our home warranty sent Sears and they did nothing...said we had water damage. PC's came out and said there was no water damage and provided written statement for us to submit to our warranty company. Warranty company reopened our claim so we could get our dryer fixed.
