Description of Work: Had an awful noise that only happened after a hot shower. They already had an idea before they got there and he fixed it within 1 hour. Cant say enough about them, they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and above got it all fixed and by far cheaper then I could have imagined.

Description of Work: Had them replace a vanity and faucet in a bathroom. A sink and faucet in the Kitchen and a hot water heater recently. They are on time and reasonable. Got the job down quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I dealt with Charlie and he is a great guy. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I have used this company a number of times and will use in the future. The last time was for a kitchen faucet replacement. I was unable to remove old because of a nut that was stuck. I did not have the right tool to get into the tight space. Once here after he removed the old I had him install new. The company is very efficient and priced correctly.

Description of Work: I had them connect a new water softener and whole house filtration system (two separate appliances) to my water lines in basement. Old water softener was located in a different spot not near new equipment. He arrived on time and got it completely done, cleaned up area and then left. I have had no problems since the installation. Have used before and will continue to use them for all plumbing issues.

Description of Work: I used Norton Associates Plumbing to replace a water heater (40 gallon with 50 gallon).

Description of Work: Kitchen sink piping was leaking. Called about 1:00 PM and they were out first thing the following morning. He had to replace a waher and nut directly under sink. Less than 30 minutes and he was done. Unfortunately next morning noticed leak had come back. Called in afternoon, tied up all morning, and then sent him back within 45 minutes. He had to tighten up the connection a little more as he did not want to over-tighten day before. And prior day leak had stopped and then hours later came back. He was very sorry and polite. Quickly fixed it and no more leaking since.
