 + -1 moreHe explained of what he thought was wrong and explained the charges. He said that if it was something different he would call me and let me know the cost of the repair. It went wonderful and he didn't find anything extra to charge.
Description of Work: I had trouble with my laptop computer and he repaired it.

 + -1 moreDropped computer off at the business. Files were updated and computer returned as promised. They are great about answering questions.
Description of Work: Updated computer and cleaned files. Transferred contacts from old insight account to gmail. This was after Time Warner Cable said they could/would do it.

 + -1 moreAll of my experiences with Netpointe have been stellar. I couldn't hope for better. Having had to use Geek Squad at Best Buy while laptop was under warranty, I can say my Netpointe experiences are soooo much better. Netpointe is local (Floyd County) and I really like that
Description of Work: I have used NetPointe on several occasions over the past 6 years. I have contacted them by phone & email. The price for service is a by hour charge, but never once have they been at the house longer. They call before they come on the appointment day. If you prefer, you can take your computer to them. I am currently looking for a new laptop. l will be taking the old one & new one to Netpointe to have them transfer all files from the old to the new. When I replace the PC, I'll be using Netpointe for the same service.
