+ 0 moreThe project went better than expected. I added a few items as the project progressed, and Patrick was very accommodating to the changes that I wanted (like the pass through). The finished room exceeded by expectations. I purchased the materials, for the most part, and Patrick's estimates were for labor.
Description of Work: Met with the owner, Patrick Randall, for an estimate. He remodeled a 300 sq foot den. Removed old flooring and paneling, subbed out drywall install, installed a ceiling fan, installed luxury vinyl tile, installed new trim and painted. Cut a pass-through from kitchen into the den and trimmed and painted pass through. Patrick cut, installed, and sealed a butcher block countertop (kitchen) and bar top (pass through from kitchen to den).
