Description of Work: First of all, I'm not sure of the cost because my husband handled the business transaction. We had an existing deck torn down, carted off and a new deck installed.

Description of Work: We are getting a double deck built and called Home depot , they refered us to Randy and his company. He came out to our home and set with us for almost 2 hrs, we explained that our budget was around $11,000.00 for this . At the time he seemed very honest and straight forward and even explained to us why we would not want to use composite decking. He said he would have an estimate ready for us in a week or so. After 3 weeks I sent him an e-mail to find out how close he was to getting us a final estimate. he called me 3 days later and said he "dropped the ball" . He forgot all about our estimate he just got a big job at a company and they were pretty busy with it . He said he would make it right that he would get something wrote up for us and deliver it to us that weekend. That was 4 weeks ago. Not one word from Randy. I contacted HD to let them know about this contractor and they informed me that they do not use him as one of thier contractors. So I guess someone from HD gave him my husband and I name and # to call us. I was VERY disappointed with Randy and his company. i guess my job was not big enough for him.

Description of Work: We asked for a HEAVY DUTY deck around our 33' pool (700 sq. ft.). We wanted a beefy look and higher than standard code. We also asked for small ramp to roll things up on the deck and Randy built it on the fly without any grief!
