Let me start off by stating that we are basically in love with this guy. Like. In. Love. If we could give Brian a grade higher than an A - we would. We haven't had any luck with contractors coming into our place to get some small, but super important projects done for us. We're the least handiest of people, so to 1) get the full attention of a handyman and 2) have them actually follow-through with getting things done was probably the most awesomest (no that's not a word, but it is now) service that Brian did for us. He managed to squeeze us in between his larger projects and did an excellent job. We're relocating to another area but if we could we would bring him with us. I would highly recommend Brian for any projects that you may need. Go Brian! Woot!!

I had ordered the wrong size jamb for the house, but between the two of us we figured the best way to handle the situation. Brian was thorough and punctual. For the amount of time and effort to install the door, I feel his fee was quite reasonable.

They were prompt, thorough and complete. They always arrived on time, they came prepared with all the materials and got right to it. They cleaned up after the job was done and we are completely happy with them and will use them again.

Couldn't have gone any better. Brian is a great guy to work with, true to his word and very flexible. He does his best to do it right the first time. Work received was beyond expectations. Looks like a brand new deck. Will be calling him again soon for new projects.

I contacted Brian after not hearing back from my original contractor after a week of waiting. He answered the phone while on anothr job and told me he'd be in my area within an hour. He arrived within the hour, ready to quote the job. We reviewed the fence and talked through what he suggested. He was courteous and professional. He surveyed the damged and took photos. He told me he'd swing by The Home Depot to get material pricing and I'd have a quote by the evening. He asked my preference of communication and sure enough, at 4:45 pm I received his estimate. I asked a couple of questions, which he answered promptly, we settled on a price and service day. He contacted my the day before the scheduled day to confirm and said he'd be out to start in the morning. He was there on time to work, ready to work. He finished up the following day and the fence looks like new. Job well done!

His workmanship was excellent. He did a first rate job in all aspects. He definitely knows what he is doing and takes his time to do a good job. The deck had been in terrible condition and is now strong as can be. He believes in providing real value for a fair price. He is very likable and has excellent ideas and suggestions. He has fixed numerous items items around my house at a fair and honest price. I trust that he will complete all projects in a competent manner.

He had a lot of good ideas and he was very thoughtful about what my goals were. He was trying to accomplish them as best as possible and giving me suggestions on where I was trying to go. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. It was a little bit on the pricier side, but it seemed like he can do very quality work so if you have the budget, he's good. He is a bit higher on the price side from what I actually used.

Like I mentioned above, Brian wasn't sure what the problem was but called some of his work contacts and came up with ideas on how to figure this out without making significant cuts into the floor. His extra thought and effort led to him being able to fix this so quickly. I can say confidently that you're making a great choice if you have him do a project for you. His rates are very reasonable and the quality of his work is outstanding. He did extra clean-up and took time to explain everything very well. Very honest and dependable.

I could not ask for a better job. Cleaned up every day, completed job on time, all work looks great. The custom slider doors were a real project to suspend from ceiling with no floor tracks. Big 100% solid wood doors 9 feet tall. Pictures to follow. Brian is top notch and I will use him again and recommend him to all. In October 2013 I called him from Angie's List and he said he was a few months booked up. I am really glad I called him back in January. He sat a start date 3 weeks out, showed up and got it done at bid price with a detailed materials receipt that actually returned some of my deposit.

I needed a long list of items done to get a house on the market for sale. These included removing and replacing a rotten exterior door, refinishing hardwood flooring, installing covers over a hole in the drywall, extending exterior downspouts away from the house, rehaning a door, removing wallpaper border, prepping and painting walls, cleaning gutters, removing old carpet and padding, installing a laminate hardwood floor and trim, cutting up and removing fallen tree limbs, bracing a closet clothes rod, patching a leak in the concrete foundation, cleaning out basement window wells, resealing windows, installing bi-fold closet doors, repairing other bi-fold closet doors, attaching a stair handrail, installing trim board above windows, and reattaching a wallpaper border that was falling down. I live out of town (and inherited this house), and Brian was very good about communicating with me every step of the way. He subcontracted several tasks for me to highly qualified professionals (drywall repair, roof repair, and plumbing) at competetive, reasonable prices, and he handled all of the communication with those workers. Brian went above and beyond the call of duty, and I am completely satisfied with his results. He made several suggestions on the work to be done that saved me time and money without sacrificing the quality of the finished product. The final dollar amount was consistent with the original estimate. A word of note: his estimate was not the lowest I received for this list of work, but I feel that the work he performed was absolutely worth the value, and his communication skills and availability set him apart from his competitors. I would not hestitate to hire Brian again.

Mr. Kondra provided excellent and quick service. I needed a tile job completed very quickly to get ready for a showing. He came within 1 bussiness day and since it was a small job was able to complete it that day! He was very friendly and helpful. He also provided information that I iquired about future jobs.

Service was very professional and punctual. Also, repair was done in the time frame estimated.

I contacted him for some work. He got back with me fairly quickly on the 13th of August and said he could fit me in for an estimate and might be able to fit the repairs in between other jobs. I replied that day giving him my address. That was the last I heard from him (it's the 19th today). I sent emails and texts asking if he was still interested with no response. Very disappointing. I understand people can be too busy, but it doesn't cost anything to keep a customer by telling them that you are too busy. He gets a F in communication but gave him a C overall since I can't vouch for his work. Too bad. I could have given him a lot of business.

I've worked with Brian off and on for the last 7 years and all has gone well until the last job, which was las summer, when I hired him to install a 2nd bathroom in my home. The tile work in the shower left a lot to be desired. One wall was bowed, and instead of fixing it, he trid to build up the motar behind, leaving the tile work uneven and far from smooth. The plumber he hired walked off the job in the middle of installing my shower walls saying he just didn't know how to do it, leaving me to find someone to come and finish the job, at an additional cost. The electrician was suppose to move the electricity onto it's own breaker; this doubled the cost of the job and come to find out, it is still on the same breaker as two rooms on the first floor. But here was the clincher. After all this, I called Brian about a month ago to see about having him do some other work that we were also supposed to have done last year, but that got held up do to delays(not his fault) and additional cost for the bathroom, and Brian informed me that I had failed to pay him for some material from the last job...not the job itself...just material, and because of this, he could do anymore work for me. I was shocked to say the least. When I ask Brian to please let me know what I still owed him; a) because I was unaware I stillowed him anything, and b) I pay my bills, he has totally ignored my request.

Brian is terrific. I can't imagine being more pleased. We have several more projects coming up and will use Brian.

Brian referred me to another contractor, whom he works with, closer to my address. I appreciated Brian's professionalism and would definitely contact him in the future

Brian returned initial call promptly; very polite. Came and inspected the situation and told us that the doors were initially hung with most of the weight on the trim. He suggested a heavier wood + new framing and trim, with the weight of the doors to be distributed on the wood portion, not the trim. Brian arrived to work exactly when he said he would, and completed the job within a few hours. The result was even better than we had anticipated! How often in life does that happen? His work was meticulously done, even for a simple shed. The materials cost was $200+, but he did offer a lighter weight/cost alternative. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate his good service and his courteous demeanor. We had tried to hire other providers who couldn't be bothered with even a return call. Highly recommended. A+++! Measurements were taken and fabrication and painting was done off site. The wainscot and crown were installed on site along with additional painting and caulking. Product was excellent and clean up was very professional.
