He was easy to reach. His demeanor seemed very standoffish. His customer service skills were lacking. He is very informative about work but we will never use him again.

He was a little bit more expensive than we wanted to pay. We didn't go with him. We went with someone else who was about $500 less. He was a good guy. He came on time.

It was fine.

He did a great job. he showed up and completed it when he said he would. overall happy with the experience.

I called Mike in December of 2011 to do some work and he came out to look at the job which was to repair a post on the front deck and also to repair two windows. He called me with an estimate for repairing the deck which was $250 and we agreed on that price. He said that he had another job that he was working on and would call me when he was ready to start our job. He called 2 weeks later and said that it would be the next week or the week after that before he could start the job. I called him 2 weeks later and he would not answer my call and never called me back. We found someone else to do the job.

He did a very good job. My husband & I were pleased with his work. He was very professional and prompt.

The guy who did the work was happy; I paid him the money and I was happy. The pricing was what we agreed upon; he did a great job and left me a couple of pieces that he can come back to put up if necessary. I will use them again in the future.

Mike was punctual and did exactly what he explained that he would do. We will definitely call him for other items as needed. I would recommend him to others.

He came on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up after himself.

Mike and his son Andy arrived on time and performed the job in a reasonable time. They cleaned everything up and tested everything to make sure nothing was leaking. They are both very friendly and I would definetely use them again.

I've postponed the project until spring, but I won't be asking this company for another bid.

He did a great job. He was neatly dressed and was very nice and cordial. He was reliable and dependable and did good work. My husband has Parkinson?s and he took the time to stop and talk to him for just a few minutes to let him be comfortable with him being in the house. He then went and did his thing. It was excellent work. His price was very reasonable. He bought the caulk as well - it was well worth it. I am going to call him again to do some other work for me. I would highly recommend him.

Mike arrived within stated time frame and bought replacement parts. Suggested to mark smoke alarm circuit in order to control smoke alarms if needed.

My 81 year old mother needed help in making repairs to her house before putting it on the market. We were under a time constraint and needed the repairs done within the month. Mr. McCoskey went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Mom was very comfortable having him at the house and returning to work on the house after she had moved out. I live in Indianapolis and for the past several years have been looking for a handyman in the New Albany area to help Mom with the repairs that I couldn't do. Thanks to Angie's List, I found the answer in Home Improvements by Mike. I recommend him with no reservation!

Mike is very neat and aware of the details. He is conscious of cleaning up and making the least mess possible. He is honest and I had no worries when I left him alone in our home.
