ASB LLC

This was my first time building a new home. ASB made the process go smoothly. They were very easy to work with. They explained everything well and made changes according to my selections. I could tell that ASB cared about the quality of their work and wanted to do whatever possible to meet my expectations. I was disappointed with one of the vendors they selected, Trend Appliances. Trend was difficult to deal with. They quoted me appliance packages that would not fit my home and then when I did find a better price at another local store, they would not price match even though they advertise price matching on their website. ASB made it easy for me to switch to another vendor in that case.

THEIR PROFESSIONALISM NEEDS TO BE A WHOLE LOT BETTER. THEY NEED TO BE A WHOLE LOT MORE HONEST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE TIME FRAME WAS MORE THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN APPROXIMATELY SIX MONTHS IT TOOK TEN. MAKE SURE YOU STAY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING.

I GAVE THEM A C OVERALL, AND I THINK THAT PRETTY MUCH TELLS THE STORY. JUST BECAUSE OF SOME OF THE PROBLEMS WE HAD WORKING WITH THEM, GETTING THINGS REPAIRED, GETTING IT DONE ON TIME. THEY JUST ACTED LIKE WE WEREN'T IMPORTANT TO THE SURVIVAL OF THEIR BUSINESS.
