absolute fence and restoration

We paid a down payment for a fence install. Work was pushed back repeatedly. We ended up moving from the location. Tried to negotiate something at the new residence. Didn’t work out. Requested a refund. This began in April 2020 and we never received anything. No parts. No labor. I refund. 2800.00 out the door. Having to take legal action.

Run as fast as you can away from this company. We have been struggling in good faith to get a new fence installed since 8/1/19. We paid a $3,750 deposit for materials on that date and have received nothing but ignored communication or vague excuses and empty promises for the last 10 weeks. Last week, they finally committed to install our fence the week of 10/8/19. When asked at the start of the week for a firm date, they said they were having labor issues and were working on it. We haven't heard back from them since. We are moving on to find a reputable company that will honor their commitments. Unfortunately, this poor experience has wasted 10 weeks of our time. Do your self a favor and avoid the headaches.
