I called in the late evening about a broken hot water heater and a cracked pipe in a crawl space. John and his partner arrived the next morning with a new, high quality water heater, installed it, found the cracked pipe in a the crawl space and repaired it, cleaned up the area and was on their way. All at a very good price. They're very courteous and attentive to your needs. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

The problem occurred on Tuesday. By the time I figured out the leak was on my side, it was 3 in the afternoon. Since the extreme cold weather affected several locations in my area, no-one was able to come out and fix it Tuesday. These people said they could be out to fix it the next day (Wednesday). The first guy showed up to access the problem. Due to the city pipes being in bad condition, he called his boss to do it and quoted me a price of $500-$550. The boss showed up, took the whole concrete pit out and told me that the previous connecter had completely rusted out because it was made of metal. It took a few hours, but he had me with running water before dark. Not sure if the price was high or not because I didn't get quotes from others because of they were busy and my time constraints due to no water in my home. I would definitely recommend them based on their response and service.

They were reasonable and efficient.
