Description of Work: They finished a roofing job that we started, but did not have the tools to complete. They were great! We were in a desperate situation, because we had all the old shingles off, they came and helped us immediately!

 + -1 moreHe is top notched and very good. He did a very good job on that. The roof was very well sealed. It was top of the line with a 50-year warranty on it, which is transferrable. You get a better warranty by using one of their people whose been trained. I did a 5 or 6 months of investigation in the internet before I choose him so I would know people coming in and out of the house. I chose him. He seems to be the best in the area. I'd use him again in a flash. I got a discount because of my age. I also like him because he had some woodwork replacement done. He has carpentry ability and roofing ability. He is man of his word. It took a little time to do it because of the weather but it wasn't a big deal. I like the quality of the work and the security on it. I got a lot of it. His bid was a level of quality, his expertise and service is same as once I thought as fly by night type. He is the only one I've used in town. I'd give him really good marks. He has really good employees.
Description of Work: He finished my roof last November. He put in a whole roof on. He helped me put in a drop in stove.

 + -1 moreWe had several quotes. Their price was probably reasonable compared to the work being done. They came and just gave us a quote, we looked at them all, and we didn't select them. He came out and went over it really well and he was professional. We didn't hire them because we decided at that time that I was going to change my plan. It was a good experience and I think everything in our list was covered.

 + 0 moreWonderful experience. Kept informed of status during our sporadic rain days. Once started, the crew moved like a well-oiled machine. It was apparent that they had been working together for awhile. They showed up when they said they would, were courteous and very helpful if I had any questions during the process. Very pleased with the whole experience.
Description of Work: Waltman Construction was originally recommended by a neighbor. Discovered water damage to be the cause of the sagging roof on a newer section of my house. The materials needed to replace the warped plywood were the only addition to the original estimate (for the whole house roof replacement). I was impressed with the great warranty of the materials (roof shingles) and the work performed.

 + -1 moreNot good wood I wasn't to happy with it. I had another contractor fix it the way I wanted it.
Description of Work: Took to long getting started made me wait 3 weeks to start work. did not fix what I wanted and got smart with me when ask him why he didn't fix it the way I wanted it used.
