Mark Millhoff

They just never followed through. He came out last Spring. He was prompt to get the quote. He never came back and never stayed in touch. Apparently the address or the number for him doesn't work.

Called Mark and he answered, was on a job and said he'd call me back later that evening; no return call. I called himn again a couple of days later and he apologized, said he forgot and would call me the next day it rained so he could stop by the house to quote masonry wall and foundation repairs. I never received a return call. I still need masonry repair work quoted.

Mark came in WAY more affordable than anyone else. We were trying to repair the brick to pass inspection. He told me when he would be available and he actually came earlier than I anticipated - it was a nice surprise. He told me what he found in doing the job which made us decide to turn it into a gas fireplace for safety rather than tear it totally down and rebuild for a woodburning. He did excellent work and came and powerwashed everything down the next day. I will definitely call him for the stone work on our new home this summer.

unfortunately he didn't show up at agreed upon time nor did he call to postpone or reschedule. I obviously can't rate his quality, but I wanted to provide feedback to him and others considering working with him.

Mark's quote was 75% less than the quote I received from another masonry company. I knew the other company was WAY out of line, and several of my neighbors highly recommended Mark, so I chose him to do the work. He completed it in a timely manner and did a beautiful job for a fair price. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Millhoff - not only for masonry work, but for other jobs as well. He takes pride in his work, and from the photos he showed me of some carpentry jobs he's done, I could see that whatever he does, he does well.
