Team arrived on time, worked throughout the day, and finished at time they had estimated.

I think it went quite well although the final price of $7,000+ was more than I can afford at present. It took the company representative a couple weeks to arrange a time to visit my house but once he was present, he pointed out drainage issues on the exterior of my house and then talked about needed repairs in the basement. The entire estimate took just over one hour. I learned a lot about drainage, but I may have to find an alternative that is less expensive.

They were excellent. They found out things that the prior person missed. I used them as a second opinion. The person who came was an ex-geologist that was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete report on what the first people missed.

The service was ok. He did come and do the work and was able to honor the coupon. However, the worker that came out was a bit of a chatter box. My wife was trying to get some work done, and he was not very respectful of that. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Work was completed as estimated. Nice job of clean-up upon completion.

They were very professional and completed the work when they said they would. We were very pleased with the result and pleased with the Company.

They gave me great service and they were very professional. He did the inspection and made a proposal on the basement that needed to be worked on. I did learn of what problems I was having from their assessment.

First of all, I want to comment how good it was to work with Mike and his crew. Mike is very professional but extremely easy to talk with. I liked the fact that he did not mix words and showed us the problems rather than guessing at what it was. I gave Mike a key to the home so that he and his crew could come and go to the home without me being there. I had complete trust in Mike and his crew. During the process, I went to look at the work they were doing. I talked with some of the crew and they were all very nice and cordial. When the work was complete, everything was cleaned before the crew left. I told Mike to hold on to the key just to make sure all the problems had been resolved. Since the draught ended in mid-August there have been some heavy rains. I visited the home and we did not have any water problems coming into the basement. The steel structures he put in place to support the walls are working fine and slowly pushing the walls back to normal. We did have a few pipes that were still leaking and Mike made the trip to the home to fix the problem. On another part of the basement, after a heavy rain, we saw were a very small part of the concrete (about 6 inches in diameter) had a different color to it (the color of concrete when it gets wet - a darker color). Mike came to the home, looked at the problem and corrected it. In all, he has made about 3 additional trips to inspect and solve any other issues. He has told me if there are any other problems ti be sure and contact him and he will take care of the issue. I would like to say that if there is anyone needing water resolution or structural fixing, I would not recommend any other company other than Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing. I don't think I could have received as good of quality service from another company. I had mentioned I had brought out Mike's company and another company to get estimates. Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing was significantly less expensive than the other company. Additionally, the representative of the other company seemed very arrogant and upset that I did not select his company. That representative made it sound as if he was doing me a favor by driving to the home on the weekend to give us an estimate. He wanted to know how much the other estimate was which I did not disclose. In conclusion, if you need this type of work, you need to bring in Mike Byrd and Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing. He won't let you down and the quality of work and professionalism will be what you are paying for.

It went fine. It was good to have a report from someone who can accurately explain to me what needs to be done when I go through with the basement waterproofing.

The service was overall pretty good.

Everything went smoothly. The people are nice, professional and helpful. They helped me understand the issue and the solution. Also, they did extras by providing a new mosiure barrier and fix few other things that they saw need some attention. Also, they put the backup battery on wood instead on concrete. If I ever have any water issue with crawl space, I will use them for sure. Thank you!

The provider was more interested in selling sump pump, which I did not need. He did provide me with information on the cracks in my walls but this was during the dry period weather wise we were in the middle of, and I dont believe the water table was high at that time. He also briefly looked at the gutters.

.We did not get anything the was promised in the Groupon. The owner did not show. He sent his dad. His dad is not in the waterproofing business, but is a retiree. He said his son called him to assist because he was so busy. Dad kept using the phrase"if we do the job." I could have gotten a free estimate from any other company. I didn't need to pay for a Groupon for that type of service. We were promised written estimates the next day. We did not get them. We happen to run into dad at an auction, he said he lost our information and was glad he ran into us. Yeay, right! Anyway, he took our information and we received a hand written estimate.

The initial estimate had items that we weren't interested in doing however the estimator was very thorough and described things in detail. We were only wanting the vapor barrier. The installer communicated well, was on time, did a good job, didn't leave a mess, and advised us on crawl space vents needing replaced. I bought automatic vents and installed them myself for <$100 whereas they would have been three times that amount to have them remove the old vents and install new ones. Being in the restoration business, they offer services you hope you never need however it was a positive experience. I would hire them again.

He basically recommended several things that the company would for a price. It was informative.

I purchased the "Professional Foundation and Basement Water Leakage Inspection Including Drainage Assessment" deal, expecting someone to give us advice on improving our drainage issues on the exterior of the home. (We already knew that we had water coming in, where it was coming in, and that we needed to install an interior drainage system of some sort.) Instead, what we got was an estimate for waterproofing our basement - a service most companies offer for free. While the salesman ("inspector") was polite, and not pushy in selling their services, it was definitely a sales job that he was sent to do...not an inspection. I did not see the value in this "deal," especially considering that other companies came out for free to do estimates for waterproofing, and and also offered suggestions on how to improve our drainage issues, at no charge.

The installion of the waterproofing system went very smooth. Everyone involved were very professional and were open to answering any questions about the instalation process. I was truly amazed at how quickly such a complex project could be completed. They started about 9:30 AM on a Wednesday and completely finished the project by the end of the day on Friday. They worked extremely hard and were very diligent about cleaning up after such a very messy project. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a basement moisture problem.

The owner, Mike Bird, seems to really care about customer service and good communication. He brought in an experienced crew to complete the work in one work day. The crew swept up very well at the end of the project, leaving no signs of their presence except the completed project. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable about house structural design and repair, and all things related to basements, crawlspaces and drainage. I highly recommend ARW and will use them again for future work.

When I call him to come out and check on things he comes out and lets me know that everything is okay. Mike Bird was very nice and easy to deal with.

I was very impressed. I thought the price was fair. They came and they worked hard. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They did what they said they were going to do . They did it very efficiently as far as I can tell. I would use them again.

Mike Bird is very professional. He has great follow up. They even adjusted their estimate for us to lower costs. However, the price was still higher than another company we previously used and we are going to use their services instead.

I think I got what I paid for. They just came out, got it done, and then left. I give them As in every category.
