Great service. Went above and beyond to help me understand the problem. Offered their service to correct situation but also offered me a way to correct myself. Absolutely wonderful company. Highly recommend!

My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done

Excellent & prompt response to my call for an estimate (less than 12 hours!). Marty was both professional and knowledgeable, yet I never felt pressured to order more work than I’d requested.

As part of selling our house, we wanted to address the crawlspace to be ready for home inspection. We found out the hard way, all the contractor services are booked out, it is impossible to find help. Marty at Advance Restoration was kind enough to fit in an appointment to review our crawlspace, determine what was needed to help pass inspection, and provided us with an estimate of work within 24 hours. The recommended work was solid, and the price was reasonable. He was also able to help move us up the work schedule so we could hit our timelines for listing the house. We appreciate Marty's willingness to work with customers and make accommodations to fit our timeline.

This work was requested for a real estate transaction and ultimately was not performed. However, I would be remiss not to share how highly impressed I was by this company's response. I initially spoke with the owner, Mike Bird. Our timeline to receive estimates was extremely short. Mike was able to schedule quickly an examination of the property. Martin Mainzer was the inspector. I spoke with him by phone and my sister and brother-in-law met Marty at the property. When I spoke to him, his knowledge was extensive, and he understood the issue. Upon meeting Marty, my sister and brother-in-law were equally impressed with his ability to assess and clearly explain the problem and the solution. He went above and beyond in finishing his very thorough bid under tight turn-around times. I cannot stress enough how complete Marty's bid was. We felt the price for the work to be completed was fair. Other issues with the real estate transaction did not result in us using Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing, but I felt the high-quality of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by this company deserved a high recommendation for other customers' consideration.

Marty was very swift to respond to our request for a free inspection of our crawlspace and basement, when we discovered undisclosed water damage, and gaps where the main level of our home meets the foundation, and back patio. This was our first time dealing with a situation like this, in a home we’d just purchased- we were surprised and concerned. Marty was very informative, sharing the names of each component part of our foundation, and their functions, to help us understand how this it happened, and what we can do about it now. His primary objectives genuinely seemed to be ensuring we understood the root cause of our issue, what we could do right away to prevent it from getting worse, and how Advanced could take care of the fallout, before we move in. His calm, pleasant, low-pressure demeanor was reassuring and comforting, and we appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to sell us services we don’t need. We haven’t received other quotes to compare with theirs, yet, but If the rest of the team is like him, we would feel confident they would take good care of us, and be able to answer any questions we have along the way.

I contacted several waterproofing companies and Marty was the first to get back to me. He responded back within an hour or two, which is great when you're worried about leaks. As a younger female I'm always concerned that I'll be overcharged or sold services I don't need but Marty was very transparent with me. He confirmed that my water problems were an above grade issue and I didn't need basement waterproofing. His honest expertise saved me a lot of money and unnecessary worry, thank you!

Advanced found time to quote my project and diagnosis my issue quickly. Everyone else I called didn’t want to prioritize my issue. They also gave me a complimentary test kit for my basement. Very pleased!

I had a few quotes done for this job. My crawlspace was holding water and mold was starting to form under my house. Marty came by for an estimate. Marty gave me a no hassle or pressured quote. He told me what needed to be done and his quote came in cheaper than the others. The crew, Kendrick and Lonnie, came out on time as scheduled. I was kept up to date at the end of every day that they were there as to what they were doing. They kept the work site clean and even finished before it was estimated they would. The crawl space looks better and dryer than ever. Any questions I have ran into afterward Marty has gotten back in touch with me to stand by their work.

I was selling a house and another company came out and tried to do the high pressure sale on stuff that was not needed and tried to use the fear tactic. We got other opinions and decided to go with Advanced Restoration. They were honest in the work that was needed, did not try to "sell" but just gave us their opinion and what was required. They came and did the work when they said and communicated well. The most impressive for me is that I honestly could not tell if they had been there when I walked in the house. I figured they would leave a total mess but they cleaned up so well I was amazed. I would highly recommend and as an investor I am sure I will run into houses that need work again and will use them.

I had advanced restoration out to do a 2nd estimate after getting an $8k estimate from another company. I was really impressed with Advanced Restoration, namely Marty. The previous company put together an estimate to fix a water leak based on what it "looked like"--but Marty took the time to actually find the area that was leaking (proving it with a water test). I was most impressed, because Marty's assessment was that my problem likely could be fixed entirely by a general contractor instead of him--call him back if it isn't. It's really refreshing to see a company admit what they can and cannot fix instead of jumping to an 8k "repair bill" that wouldn't have even corrected the original issue. Will definitely be using this company if we need help again in the future.

Marty from advanced restoration and waterproofing dropped by my house after his day was over working hard for other customers inspected and all the problems around my house showed me how to fix the ones myself that I could and now he’s referring me to a company that does the kind of work that I need done at no charge. It’s so refreshing to see good customer service in a company. I needed a professional to look at a detached garage of a house I was interested in purchasing. I called three other companies that either didn't answer or said they wouldn't be able to come out until the following week. Marty picked up the phone and told me he would be able to come out the following morning, even though it was a Sunday! Marty has been a pleasure to work with. He took the time to make sure I understood what the problems were and the reasoning behind the repairs. He also had a detailed quote ready for me the same day. Marty will definitely be my first call next time I need any of his services!

I live in Cincinnati OH and I contacted Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing with a question I had about damaged caulking where my concrete patio meets my foundation. I was concerned with potential water seeping into the basement. I was not sure I needed actual work done, however. Marty immediately called me back to discuss it on the phone. He was incredibly helpful and even asked me to send him pictures on the phone. After looking at them and talking with me, he offered to stop by and take a quick look around since he was working close to my area. I got three bids for my project, the highest bid being $8000. Mike and Marty made a suggestion that I could do myself for less than $200. They made two different trips to my property to survey the situation, and came up with a solution that solved my problem without using their services. It is so nice to run into an honest company every now and then. I would give them an A+++++++ if I could!!!!!

We were in a situation where were moving, had two house payments and an upcoming wedding, when we had a mold test come back positive in the basement of the house we were attempting to sell during the inspection process. And to top it off, while we were rushing around moving things, and meeting contractors at the house to go over the inspection list items, my fiance's mom had a sudden medical emergency that required us to be in the hospital every night by her side. Everything seemed to be coming to a head. We were thinking about cancelling the wedding because of the stress and expense and the costs that two other remediation companies quoted us, but Martin from Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing came and looked at the basement, and, after hearing of our predicament, actually recommended someone who works on real estate transactions specifically, who he thought could help us navigate the process by providing written reports we could use to negotiate with the buyer. So, rather than having to perform an expensive total basement remediation, we came to an agreement with the buyer that saved us money and kept our home sale on track. The two other companies that had looked at it prior threw 5 to 7 grand figures at us, using our fear and our inexperience against us, so we more than appreciated Martins honesty and his advice. If we ever have a need to have moisture or restoration services performed, I will go back to Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing every time. Arrived on time, courteous and professional. Very personable and cleaned up after the pump was installed. My husband called and had some specific questions about the warranty, pump and was very satisfied with the answers. It has been over a year now and the pump is working well especially after all those summer rains. My experience is that local family owned companies like Advanced take pride and do things right and I would use them again.

How refreshing to have a company with integrity that was honest professional and lived up to their A rating with 300+ reviews. Alan the installer communicated every step of the way, and my wife and I are picky with who comes in our house and they were very conscientious of keeping everything clean. I needed consultation about a potential second problem and even Mike the owner became involved and was interested in helping me and not trying to sell me services like other companies. I would use them again and refer them in a heartbeat. They treated my home like it was their own and listened to what I wanted to accomplish.

I called Marty to come out to give an estimate on the job we needed done. He gave us different options and he was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable and made us feel extremely comfortable. It was his knowledge and infectious personality and the lifetime warranty that made a easy decision to go with advanced restoration/waterproofing. I hired them to waterproof my basement, They were extremely professional. The tech who completed the estimate was very respectful, proficient. The team was very efficient, great communication and the services went well. I would hire again.
