Description of Work: When we neared the planned starting date I called and found out that there would be a delay. I was informed that there were serious family medical problems. When asked about lack of a "heads up" the contractor was basically non responsive. | |I do not fault the contractor for a change in priorities dealing with a family crisis, but do feel he should have let me know with a quick phone call in order to give me a better chance at an alternative solution.
