Terrible. Sam came over and gave me an estimate, and they sent a nice technician over, but the shower leaked worse after they finished, despite the new seals they installed. When I called back, Sam said there was “nothing they could do” and “they could put in a whole new shower door but that would be really expensive” Sam suggested that since we had only moved in a few weeks before, we should contact the previous owners through our realtor to see if whoever installed the door would stand behind their work. I called, but you know who had done the work? Munster Glass :(

They were very friendly when I called to schedule a free estimate and came out right away. When they came to do the estimate they were prompt and we're able to give me an excellent quote. From there, they were able to come out quickly to provide the services. They arrived on time for the appointment and installed the table top in a timely manner. I was very impressed with their cleanliness as they made sure it looked good and didn't leave a mess behind!

Another company, they told me they have put scaffolding and set it up from the outside. When I contacted Munster Glass LLC, they said no and they would do it from the inside. They just took the frame from inside. I got a couple of prices for the job and their price was fair. They were very professional. They did a good job. I would definitely use them again. It took a little longer than I thought. The work was done by an older gentleman and a guy who might be in his teen. They came inside and made sure that their shoes were off. They took the frame off from the hinges. They took the window inside and took it down. They put on a couple of forces in the back. They took the glass out and put the new glass in. It was a thermal glass. They had all the tools to do the work. They were not in for more than 15 minutes in the condo, but took the time outside. I was very happy with everything that they did. They were very convenient to deal with.
