+ -1 moreI have had nothing but trouble with this lawn care service. They come on a different day every week, and expect the yard to be completely free of dog poop. When we originally signed the contract, they stated they would come on Mondays after 7 AM. I have been keeping track for the past mowing season, and they have come on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and even Saturdays. They are inconsistent, and frustrating to work with. Even when I make sure the backyard is completely free of dog poop, they still call and refuse service because “there was dog poop.“ He is very unprofessional, and has a temper.
Description of Work: Our yard is mowed weekly by this service.

+ -1 moreI have used the provider all year for my lawn care. The service has been great as they do a very good job ensuring the grass never gets too long. Additionally, they do a very good job with edging. I intend to keep using the lawn service going forward.

Description of Work: Vendor maintains my lawn weekly. in the fall he cleans up leaves and cleans my gutters. He is very responsive to my phone calls. In the summer, when the lawn does not need cutting, he will skip a week. He is very dependable.

Description of Work: This is the happiest I've been with lawn service in the 20 years I've owned my home! Eric came to give me an estimate very promptly and I have been contacted about how I think the service is going. The BEST part about this company is that they state up front that they will not cut the grass in the dry weather if it does not need cutting. This is very important to me for the health of the lawn and just makes sense. Why doesn't everyone do this??

The grass was cut the next day and they have been coming as scheduled each week. The grass was cut and edged and clippings removed. They do an excellent job. The owner called to see if I was satisfied with the service.

+ 0 moreTHEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE BEFORE I HIRED THEM AND THEY STUCK TO IT. THEY STARTED THE WORK ON SCHEDULE AND HAD IT DONE ON SCHEDULE. THE TREES ARE STILL GREEN AND SO IS THE GRASS.
