+ -1 moreI called Mike over when we were gutting the factory. He inspected the building and showed me all the all the problems, many which I had not noticed, and their solutions. I used his input in making the architectural plans, and as new problems came up I relied on his advice to solve them. He showed my laborers what to do and kept an eye on the other subcontractors. He also did the structural framing, laid the hardwood floors, hung and trimmed the doors and windows, and made a beautiful set of stairs from scratch. He also installed the office kitchens. I could rely on him completely. He is soft-spoken, respectful, and a good listener, and has no trouble working with me, a woman. He works hard and does a terrific job.
Description of Work: Mike DelNegro is an extremely skilled carpenter and general contractor. He is the guy to call when you need complicated work done- doors hung, stairs built, structural framing. I am a landlord and I have used him for years for my new residential and commercial construction projects and maintenance. He recently helped me rehab an old factory, add two major additions to it, and then trim it out for offices. Soup to nuts, he did it all.
