We communicated mainly through text messages, which I found to be extremely useful (no playing phone tag). The price was reasonable, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. We had a small 12-14’ tree in our backyard that needed to be removed, and it was gone in about an hour with no mess and the hole filled back in with dirt.
