The ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom with grace & in a timely manner - even with my pregnant picky wife having them to organize her closet. We were so impressed that we signed up for recurring biweekly service. Job well done!!

+ 0 moreThe visit from 'Imperial' went extremely well. The associate phoned ahead once in route as I requested and arrived early. She was friendly with a smile and even followed the latest Covid-19 protocols with a brief questionnaire, masks, gloves and shoe covers. Service was received and performed with a smile and my basement looks great. All my basic requests were taken care of and extra was performed as well. This included cleaning walls, removing trash, removing Webs, sanitizing, mopping, rearranging and even suggestions to save space. I'm sure I could've had a paint touch up as well if she had my color paint with her. Lol. Bottom line, this was an unforgettable experience from a brand new cleaning company. I hope they never change and remain in Business.
